I had a great experience with Krenzer at the boat show and put deposit on a beautiful new Chap 21ft H2O sport. Great product line and they worked hard to get us the financing terms that worked for us. Unfortunately, we were unable to proceed with the sale. They were kind and understanding, however it has been almost two weeks now since we requested that they return our deposit and we still have not received it. When I called today, they had still not sent it out yet because they have been "very busy". I am happy that they are starting to get busy, however I emailed a few days ago and neither my salesperson or the business manager responded. I am not likely to do business with them in the future based on their poor response time. I am quite sure it takes aprox. 2 minutes to reverse a credit card transaction or cut a check. I do it on a daily basis and as someone who is in Sales, this turn around time is unacceptable.
